Chemistry Applications - Syrris

Applications

Syrris' innovative range of products for research and development chemists are suitable for a wide range of chemistry applications. This includes numerous applications within discovery and process development along with flow chemistry.

Syrris' batch reactor range, including Atlas, a fully automated synthesis system and Globe, a manually operated jacketed chemical reactor are used within many process and discovery development applications. Similarly, Syrris' range of flow reactor products including Africa, FRX and Asia are used within flow chemistry applications.

Discovery and medicinal chemistry

library_synthesis

Library Synthesis

The various Atlas flasks and vials systems are used within discovery and medicinal chemistry applications.

The Atlas Lithium and Sodium systems automate reactions in round bottom flasks. The Atlas Hotplate and Stacking Dry Bath rapidly heat round bottom flasks from 50ml to 1 litre and the Orbit systems allow 6 or 12 reaction tubes to be magnetically stirred in an inert atmosphere and heated or cooled (with reflux).

Process chemistry

Atlas jacketed reactor systems are ideally suited for the process chemist.

ftir_analysis

FT-IR Analysis

The Atlas is a high performance, low cost synthesis system that is flexible and truly easy to use. The intelligent base can be configured to control one or many reactions at scales from µl to 5 litres (up to 200 litres available with custom range).
