For jacketed reactor systems with requirements outside of the Atlas range or to automate systems already owned by customers, Syrris offer Custom Reactor Systems and the Reactor Master respectively.
Syrris’s Custom Reactor Systems are designed and built to your specifications and rigorously tested at our facility before installation at your site.
Complete systems from 100ml to 250 litres can be configured using virtually any manufacturer’s apparatus. This can be entirely automated using the Reactor Master PC Software.
Alternatively for the automation of a pre-existing jacketed reactor system already in your laboratory, Syrris offer the Reactor Master.
It automates jacketed reactor systems such as those offered by Chemglass, and logs data without the need for a PC.
Circulators, stirrers, thermocouples and RTDs from virtually any manufacturer can be plugged into the Reactor Master and controlled by the twist and click knob.
Data can be viewed in real time on the front panel and downloaded to a USB memory stick as a .csv file. The Reactor Master Pro also offers PID control of the process temperature, pH and turbidity sensing and the ability to upgrade to full PC software.
The Reactor Master PC Software offers complex recipe control and real time data plotting. It is then also possible to control virtually any other RS232 controlled apparatus such as pumps, balances and FTIR probes.
