Syrris’ parent brand, AGI Group, is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Premex Solutions GmbH, Switzerland, and Premex Reactor, Germany, effective on 31st May 2022.

The AGI Group is a world leading innovator in glass technology for a range of chemical processing industries including scientific, pharmaceutical and academia. The AGI Group core strategy focuses on expanding its global presence to support the rapid growth of sales in markets outside of Japan and has made successful acquisitions both inside and outside of Japan in recent years. The acquisition with Premex Solutions will ensure the AGI Group continue to support this growth by enabling local manufacturing and commercial activity of its products while simultaneously expanding the AGI Group portfolio.

Premex Solutions provides premium quality high-pressure reactor systems, magnetic stirrers, and accessories for research and development. With over 40 years of experience, the Premex team have built a strong reputation by providing excellent customer service and support alongside their high-quality solutions. The AGI Group’s flagship brand, AGI Glassplant, and Premex Solutions have been working together for several years; the acquisition forms part of the AGI Group strategic plan to support and develop our extensive range of chemistry solutions
